Indigo or Indigofera Tinctoria is a commonly grown plant in the regions of India and Pakistan. This revered dye also known as ‘Blue Gold’ has an intricate history spanning over 5000 years. From the Indus Valley Civilization to the British colonial rule, this simple plant has been a powerful symbol of trade and tradition.

For us, this name symbolizes everything we are.

The INDIGO Story

“Zaiqa jo dil se nikle, woh sarhadon ka mohtaaj nahi hota.”

Flavour that comes from the heart is not bound by borders.

For centuries, the Indus people blended rich spices and arid pulses with their own cultural intricacies and passed down traditions. Each delicacy is a complex story of the people and their love for their land.

At Indigo, we bring these savoury stories from India and Pakistan to your plate.
